Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability

Reverse Aminos currently offers shipping within the United States and international shipping where available. Some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, legal requirements, compliance concerns, or service availability.

Orders placed with unsupported, incomplete, or high-risk shipping destinations may be cancelled or refunded at the discretion of Reverse Aminos.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, payment review, address verification, inventory checks, or fraud-prevention screening.

3. Shipping Fees

Reverse Aminos shipping fees are configured as follows:

Available shipping options and final rates will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

4. USA Shipping

Customers shipping within the United States may select available domestic shipping methods at checkout, including USA Flat Rate Shipping and FedEx USA Overnight Shipping where applicable.

FedEx USA Overnight Shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders only and may be affected by carrier cutoff times, weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or service interruptions.

5. International Shipping

International Shipping is available where supported by Reverse Aminos and the selected carrier. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may be legally imported into their country or region.

Reverse Aminos is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seized packages, refused shipments, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by customs authorities or local carriers.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. After carrier acceptance, Reverse Aminos is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, or other carrier-related issues.

7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information may be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and delivery. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Reverse Aminos considers the order fulfilled.

8. Carrier Delays

Reverse Aminos is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect routing, customs processing, high shipping volume, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reverse Aminos is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

10. Lost Shipment Claims

Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To submit a shipping claim, please provide:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• Shipping address used at checkout
• Description of the issue
• Any carrier communication or delivery notice, if available

11. Storage After Delivery

Customers are responsible for proper storage immediately upon receipt. Reverse Aminos is not responsible for product degradation, temperature exposure, mishandling, contamination, or storage-related issues after delivery has occurred.

12. Research-Use-Only Materials

Products offered by Reverse Aminos are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, or consumer application.
