Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use-only materials, all sales made through Reverse Aminos are considered final once an order has been processed. This policy helps maintain product integrity, proper handling standards, and compliance for laboratory research materials.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Reverse Aminos are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Products supplied by Reverse Aminos are intended strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. Because these materials require proper handling, storage, and chain-of-custody control, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Manufacturing Defects
Returns, replacements, refunds, or store credits may only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Any claim must include clear supporting information, including order details, product photos, batch information where applicable, and a description of the issue.
Reverse Aminos reserves the right to review each claim individually and determine whether a replacement, refund, store credit, or denial is appropriate.
3. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To report shipping damage, customers should provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged package
- Clear photos of the affected product
- Description of the damage
- Delivery date and tracking information
4. Opened or Punctured Vials
Opened, punctured, used, tampered-with, or improperly handled vials are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon delivery before opening, puncturing, storing, or handling the materials.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes standard shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, overnight shipping fees, handling charges, and any carrier-related charges unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Improper Storage or Handling
Improper storage, handling, use, or disposal of any product voids all claims. Reverse Aminos is not responsible for product issues caused by storage outside recommended laboratory conditions, mishandling, contamination, misuse, or non-research application.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. Reverse Aminos is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.
8. Review and Final Decision
Replacement, refund, or store credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of Reverse Aminos. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
Reverse Aminos may deny any claim that appears incomplete, unsupported, fraudulent, outside the reporting window, or related to improper handling, storage, or unauthorized use.

All products offered by Reverse Aminos are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research and in-vitro analytical use only. These materials are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, or any consumer application.
